Super producer Sauce Lord Rich who is 1/2 of the platinum selling production duo FKI, has teamed back up with Savannah hip hop star and actor Clay James. The two have reunited to continue their ‘Kickin Pimpin’ mixtape series which started back in 2015. The first installment of the series ‘Kickin Pimpin Vol.1’ debuted on Datpiff, LiveMixtapes, and Spinrilla. This project accumulated over 200,000 listens world wide and became an Atlanta indie scene classic. For this next volume, Sauce Lord Rich anticipates there will be even more people tuned in and that this project will give Clay James his first radio hit single. The two lead singles off ‘Kickin Pimpin Vol.2’ are ‘007’ and ‘How I Rock’ featuring A Pimp Named Sweet Tooth. The records have already been released and are showing a lot of promise. ‘007’ has accumulated over 100,000 streams on all platforms and ‘How I Rock’ debuted at Number 9 on the iTunes Hip Hop Chart upon its release. Both of these songs were crowd favorites during Clay’s performances at this year’s SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas. He is confident that he is destined to become the next superstar to make it out of the Midwest and he is ready for the world to know his name.
Coming from having a love for all genres of music while incorporating storytelling and addictive flows, the Youngstown, Ohio native can flip the switch from gutter rap to hype sounds. Growing up, he looked up to rap icons like 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, and Tupac. These artists helped develop his sound and aesthetic. It is his versatility and songwriting abilities that will ultimately set him apart from his peers over the coming years.

Blakk Moses who grew up in a family that comes from the streets frequently thanks his mother for everything he has in life. She always aimed to steer him in the right direction and support his dreams. His brother was drafted into the NBA and Moses was going to follow him but he ended up hurting both of his knees. He looks at the situation as a positive though explaining the injury ruined his basketball career but it helped him focus on his overall purpose.
In his previous songs like “Bend Sum” and “5Eva,” it shows listeners everything Moses is capable of making. He calls “Bend Sum” a heavy banger that is bound to get music lovers on their feet. In 2023 he traveled across Florida on the Streets Most Wanted Tour to promote his single “Way We Live.” January 18 he’s releasing his EP called ‘Wikk Blokk Vol 1.’ This is a special moment for him because he really feels like a rapper. He always knew he would be a star and the music he is making proved just that.
